I aim to provide a warm and supportive space where clients can feel safe to explore their inner worlds and become empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I take a humanistic, trauma-informed approach and ensure person-centred care is the focus of my work. I enjoy holistic practices which support embodied living such as yoga and meditation.
I have a deep respect for each person’s uniqueness and utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure each session is flexible and supportive to individual needs. I look forward to collaborating with each client to assist in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and become empowered in their choices.
