Face-to-face and telehealth/video appointments from $180 (gap fee approx $80-90).

  • Adult clients - Available now

  • Child/adolescent - Call to check

  • Reduced fee option with provisional psychologist available

Appointments last for approximately 50 minutes, to allow for 10 minutes note taking.

  • Appointments begin from $180 - $250.00, and are eligible for rebates with a valid MHTP/referral.

  • Reduced fee appointments available with provisional psychologist - beginning from $60. (Please note, there is no medicare rebate for provisional psychologist).

A medicare rebate of $131.65 is available for 6-10 sessions with a clinical psychologist, with a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) prepared by your GP. The rebate for psychologists (note, all our psychologists are trained in clinical psychology) is $89.65. Please note, if you have crossed your medicare threshold for this calendar year, you may be eligible for higher rebates (click here for further info).

The government has also allowed for an extension of the MHCP by an additional 10 sessions, during these challenging times. This means you may be eligible for up to 20 sessions on the MHCP.

After using up all your appointments on the MHCP for the year, you may be eligible for a rebate with your private health fund, depending on your level of cover. Please check with your private health fund.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a strict cancellation policy.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours notice and no shows - 100% of the session fee

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice - 50% of the session fee

This is because failure to give sufficient notice means that another client has potentially missed out on an appointment time. If more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, no fee will be incurred. Please be aware that cancellation fees cannot be claimed back from Medicare.
