Up to 10 sessions rebated in the calendar year.

(EDP)
EDP allows up to 40 sessions rebated in the calendar year.
Health Insurance
Many health insurances provide rebates for a certain number of psychology sessions a year. You may wish to check with your health insurance.
Attend privately
All clients are welcome to attend privately (without a referral or plan). No referral needed.

Please be aware that we have a strict cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours notice and no shows - 100% of the session fee

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice - 50% of the session fee
This is because failure to give sufficient notice means that another client has potentially missed out on an appointment time. If more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, no fee will be incurred. Please be aware that cancellation fees cannot be claimed back from Medicare.
