Therapy may involve:

  • CBT, DBT, Schema, ACT, mindfulness, attachment/relational, trauma-informed therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

  • Developing understanding, awareness, and insight into your difficulties.

  • Identifying and changing maladaptive and unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns.

  • Understanding your relationships and patterns within them, and how this may be contributing to difficulties.

  • Learning a variety of strategies to manage anxiety, panic, distress, anger, low mood, and relationship difficulties.

  • For younger clients, parents will often be involved in treatment, to help support their child.
