I am incredibly passionate and humbled by my work as I understand the courage involved in discussing vulnerable and distressing aspects of life. I aim to tailor my therapeutic appproach to the individual and to bring safety, compassion and curiousity into the therapy space.

I believe that change, although daunting at times, can be cultivated with a strong therapeutic relationship and a collaborative approach, which are the focus of my practice. I complement this by taking the time to ensure my clients feel heard and by using evidence-based strategies, with the hope of helping them to develop their compassionate inner dialogue.
