Understanding people’s stories and supporting them in their journey toward growth and healing is my motivation. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen and heard, and I’m continually inspired by the courage people show in exploring their experiences.

I appreciate that for many, stepping into therapy can be daunting, and I have the utmost respect for anyone who takes or has taken that first step. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment tailored to your needs. Kindness, empathy, and even humour, are central to my practice.

My approach is flexible and practical, my style adapts to your needs, designed to ensure our work is meaningful to you. As a self-professed "research nerd," I’m always up to date with the latest psychological practices and treatment methods, but remain grounded in the power of human connection, which is at the heart of my practice.
