I endeavour to develop a safe, comfortable and judgement-free space for people to explore their daily challenges and aspirations in life. I seek to provide individualised evidence-based treatments to facilitate meaningful change and growth.

 

I believe in the importance of collaboration to empower change through the development of greater self-awareness, adaptive skills, and different ways of thinking.

  • Dedicated to providing effective, evidence- based psychological treatment to adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds   

 

Experience

  • Delivery of individually tailored, evidence-based treatments in outpatient hospital settings, youth mental health, private practices, and university clinics.

  • Experience working with a variety of disorders and mental health difficulties such as anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, obsessive-compulsive disorder, procrastination, perfectionism, body image, self-esteem, adjustment, chronic pain, early attachment difficulties, parenting, and interpersonal/relationship issues.  

  • Masters Dissertation investigated body dysmorphic disorder in adolescents and young adults.
