Experience working with a variety of disorders and mental health difficulties such as anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, obsessive-compulsive disorder, procrastination, perfectionism, body image, self-esteem, adjustment, chronic pain, early attachment difficulties, parenting, and interpersonal/relationship issues.
