As a mature age provisional psychologist, I bring not only professional training which is ongoing but also a deeply personal understanding of what it’s like to be on the other side of the therapeutic relationship. My lived experiences inform my practice and help me connect with clients in a way that is compassionate, authentic, and grounded in empathy.
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and pressures, or simply trying to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, I aim to walk alongside you—empowering you to explore your experiences at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing on evidence-based frameworks while always respecting your unique story and strengths. I believe in meeting people where they are, and in the healing potential of a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine care.
You don't need to have it all figured out to begin. Together, we can work toward insight, growth, and meaningful change—whatever that looks like for you.
