It is a privilege to support people in creating meaningful change. My aim is to understand the concerns you bring, recognise the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and embrace your strengths and insights.

I see therapy as a co-constructed process where we work together to understand your story and the experiences that have shaped you. My approach is non-pathologising, grounded in evidence-based practice, and tailored to the needs of each individual.

My priority is to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, trust, and warmth, where you feel supported and able to explore your inner world at a pace that feels right for you.

I bring a genuine sense of curiosity into the therapeutic space. Together, we can create a space where growth, clarity, and healing can take shape.
