I am deeply passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds overcome their psychological challenges. It’s so important for me to take a non-judgmental, curious, and collaborative approach with my clients, as I believe this creates the safest and most supportive environment for exploring their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and broader life patterns.
I am committed to evidence-based practices and ensure that treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I strive to identify and build on each person’s strengths, as I believe that starting from a place of confidence and success can empower clients and foster greater self-belief. My goal is to help those I work with feel more equipped to navigate life’s challenges and experience meaningful, lasting change that improves their overall well-being and quality of life.
