I have an enormous amount of compassion for clients who have made the decision to begin therapy. I strive to work with this compassion and authenticity to provide a safe and accepting environment for clients. I aim to work collaboratively with clients so that they may develop a deeper understanding of themselves and facilitate meaningful change in their lives.
In my practice I utilise a range of evidence-based therapeutic models while also drawing on client’s unique strengths to help them achieve their goals.
