Join our social anxiety therapy group, facilitated by two clinical psychologists with extensive experience in social anxiety and interpersonal difficulties.

 

Suitable for anyone experiencing anxiety in social, interpersonal, or work settings. Learn about social anxiety and how it develops, as well as strategies to help with interpersonal challenges and fears. Meet like-minded people and learn that you are not alone. Practical and informative group.

Cost: $100 per session. Medicare rebates may apply but are not guaranteed (as Medicare only allows these if there are a certain number of attendees on any given day).
